Where do you ship?
We serve all regions of North America and Europe. For an additional fee, we offer next-day delivery to select destinations. We also serve Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
Standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days, off-season. In December and June, delivery times may be longer. Express delivery is available for orders over $100, for an additional fee.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If your order is not delivered on time, please let us know and we will locate it. If the package cannot be rerouted to its destination within 24 hours, we will refund your shipping costs.
Returns
What items can be returned?
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. They must be in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn. Of course, if you receive a damaged item, please report it to us immediately and we will refund you in full for the item.
How much are the shipping costs for returning items?
You can return an item for free using our prepaid shipping label. Simply repackage the item, attach the label to the original packaging to be returned and send it to us.
I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?
To request a refund for a gift, you must include a receipt. Gifts are treated as regular item returns and you will receive a gift card at the current retail price of the item. Please note that gifts must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
